excellent room fresh decor amazing bed
This hotel is very convenient, close to the harbor, restaurants and parks. The rooms were excellently appointed. The decor was fresh and new. The beds were AMAZING!!!
The parking is off-site, and it's a bit frustrating you have to pay for it separately.

the location was central. i easily walked to the night markets and the waterfront. the rooftop bar was a highlight, with sunset views. the room had free movies included.
i found the wifi signal to be quite weak , making it difficult to stream videos.

i liked the convenient location a lot. it was easy to reach key attractions. the rooftop bar and restaurant gave great food and views. the staff attitude was kind and helpful making me feel welcome .
the hotel had only one elevator and i had to wait longer.

the location was good. it was central to many places. staff were helpful at times i need some assistance. the dining area provided decent views.
pillows were high. the breakfast was not worth the price. i thought the room should have been cleaned but it wasn't made up in the morning.

perfect location eating option comfortable bed helpful staff
the location is perfect. it is across from the lagoon and many eating options were close. the bathroom had everything i needed and was very nice. the bed was very comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful.
finding close parking feel almost impossible. i have back pain so i cant walk too far.

the after stay convenience oaks provided was GREAT. my flight was hours later, and i could stay at the open balcony area easily. the hotel has strategic locations and early breakfast options. i HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
the hotel has only one entrance. it sits right next to Mcdonalds where people sit and smoke. it is inconvenient.
